Carlton Cole sentimental crap
Only at west ham would you get a wave of sentimental rubbish regarding a so called striker who mostly misses the target continually. Of course he's West Ham through and through we're the only club that would have him.

Yeah scorchio - three long fucking years ago.

I bet you can recall every goal of his since then can't you? Most people will be able to, come to think of it....

I want to see us go for a ruthless, no bullshit manager and his first task should be to get rid of Cole. Then sign Will Hughes.

Re: Carlton Cole sentimental crap
It is a shame we resigned him.
He was a spent force when we let him go.

I liked him before but he now just frustrated the hell out of me , every time Sam put him on the pitch I just knew he had thrown the towel in,.

Cole set up a decent chance for Kevin Nolan to screw wide. It wasn't a spectacular piece of skill, but it was good decision-making.

I don't know how those who thought he wasn't playing missed it - it certainly wasn't because we had a plethora of other chances.

He wasn't very good, but he didn't stick out like a sore thumb, because the team wasn't very good.

Not a terribly good player but I can't really understand why anyone would hate him for it. He's never picked himself to play.

Re: Carlton Cole sentimental crap
And still loads of people sang that bloody song yesterday after another total shit performance and another final and emotional goodbye to the club he 'loves' (although he liked WBA better a few months ago).

Thank god he has finally finally gone.

He has, hasn't he?

Penned...he probably meant under Zola when indeed he was a handful..

Will be interesting to see if any players break ranks and talk about SAMs tactics..

Has this waste of pitch found a another Club not to score goals for yet?

Does he know he is the luckiest ponce of a non footballer ever to unjustifiably make a fortune out of football?

Re: Carlton Cole sentimental crap

Re: Carlton Cole sentimental crap
Lets be honest about Cole, he took a pay cut when we went down & said I wanna stay & get us back to the Prem & he should be admired for that BUT that is where it must stop. He is an very average player who in the last 3 season has been nothing short of fucking embarressing in many of his performaces then so have the club by releasing him & then getting him back....
Im sure he is a nice guy who has the club's intentions at heart but then again so would I if I was getting paid his wages & jogging around....
A legend of the club errmm NO more like a Leg End !!!!

Re: Carlton Cole sentimental crap
I'm guessing he would be as well, one goal in the last twenty isn't looking too shit hot at the moment.
